Educational purpose
All workshops, clinics, private reviews, and published notes are for education and practice. Nothing on this site is personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or an invitation to engage in leveraged trading. You remain responsible for your own decisions and risk.
Website use
You may browse the site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content at abusive rates, or misuse the enquiry form for spam.
Sessions and pricing
Prices shown are informational only. A place is confirmed only after we reply to your enquiry and agree dates in writing. We do not process card payments or checkout on this website.
Intellectual property
Worksheet packs, curriculum outlines, and site copy remain the property of Page Ridge Hub. You may use materials provided in a session for personal study. Redistribution or resale is not permitted without written consent.
Bookings and attendance
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions. If you cannot attend, follow the cancellation rules in our refund policy.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for any claim relating to a paid session is limited to the fee paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive venue for disputes.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
