Refund & cancellation
Last updated 21 August 2026. This policy covers training sessions, clinics, intensives, and private chart reviews offered by Page Ridge Hub.
Scope
These rules apply to paid educational sessions confirmed by email. This site does not sell physical products, software licences, or subscription content delivery. Pricing on the website is informational until a booking is confirmed offline.
Eligibility for a full refund
You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing at least seven (7) days before the scheduled session start, and no session materials unique to your booking have already been prepared at your request (for example, a custom private-review pack already completed).
Partial refunds
Cancellations received between six (6) days and forty-eight (48) hours before the session may receive a partial refund of fifty percent (50%) of the fee paid for that session, unless we successfully fill your seat with another participant — in which case we refund the full fee minus a A$40 administration amount.
Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable once provided or started: printed worksheet packs already issued to you, completed private chart review notes delivered by email, and sessions that have already begun. Deposits held to reserve a scarce intensive seat are non-refundable within seventy-two (72) hours of the start time.
How to request a refund
Email studio@page-ridgehub.click with your full name, session title, scheduled date, and reason for the request. You may also call +61 (08) 9473 6098. We confirm receipt within two business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days using the same payment method originally used for the booking (for example bank transfer). We do not issue cash refunds at the studio door.
Cancellation by Page Ridge Hub
If we cancel a session (trainer illness, venue issue, or insufficient enrolment), you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra charge.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least five (5) days’ notice and an alternative date exists within ninety (90) days. Further reschedules may incur a A$40 administration fee.
Deposits
Where a deposit was taken to hold a place on the Breakout & Pullback Intensive, the deposit is applied to the session fee. If you cancel outside the full-refund window, deposit treatment follows the partial-refund and non-refundable rules above.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice is treated as a no-show. No refund is available for no-shows. At our discretion we may offer a paid catch-up clinic seat if space exists.
Work already started
For Private Chart Review, once you have submitted charts and the trainer has begun annotated review, the fee is non-refundable even if you later decline a live discussion call. You still receive the written notes.
Purchased materials
Optional printed packs purchased as add-ons are non-refundable after collection. Digital follow-up notes tied to a completed session are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a session is not delivered with due care and skill, contact us to discuss a remedy.
